supreme court decision is still a long way off.

the attorney general of victoria, renowned rights-charter-hater robert clark, has decided that he should have his say on the issue (which is allowed for under human rights law).

our march 8th date will have to be put back a couple of months or so (maybe august i’m told) to allow him to make submissions and organise a barrister to represent him in court.

we haven’t got a new date yet, but it is likely, my lawyer informs me, that whatever the date is, the matter will be adjourned for a further 2 months or so after that hearing before a decision is arrived at.

i’ll post the new date when i get it, as well as all the submissions for the case.
