turned out the office of public prosecutions were too busy to give a shit about me getting my “will not damage property” condition removed from my bail agreement from 18th december 2015.
all my lawyer had to do was say the one word, “essentially” (to confirm the prosecution had fairly summarised our argument), and the condition was removed.
i signed the new condition-less bail (in direct contradiction with my vow never to sign bail again (i meant new bail agreements)) and can now go out postering without getting charged with breach of bail on top of whatever other charge they decide to stick me with.
here’s my first outing for 2016…. unremarkable apparently.
